Ruby Tuesday

I generally like this place, but they have really disappointed me the last several times I've been there. I tried their new steak and crabcake special. Of course the picture looked a lot better than the real thing .. what upset me was thier steak. YUCK. It was dry, bland, leftovers. Their hamburgers are usually good. And their salad bar is really good ..... if you can find a clean salad plate that is. I have been here about a dozen times and it seems like this Ruby's has a problem washing their salad plates. In a stack of clean plates, there are many that have food still on them ... don't forget to check the underside of the plate also, sometimes there is food stuck on the bottom. I think the bland dry steak was the last draw and I will not go back there.

The service is on point: This Ruby Tuesday's is one of my favorite spots to eat out when going to Hoffman movie theater. The service for me was excellent. Besides the fact that they have some of the best varieties of lemonade, I enjoy myself everytime I visit. I reccomend the blackberry lemonade by the way. The only problem that I had was that I had ordered cheese fries without the sour cream and also ordered a bacon cheddar burger with no tomatos or onions and the fries came back with sour cream and the burger had tomatos and onions. But, our waiter was happy to take the wrong order back and correct it. He had a very nice attitude and never kept me waiting too long. The bathrooms and dining areas were clean. The silverware were also clean. Overall, this is one of the best Ruby Tuesday's in the MD/DC/VA area. I can't wait to return!
