    Customer relations is terrible in this store
    I have made three trips to resolve an issue about a movie that was returned to the wrong store. The other store has call this store twice and still not resolved. Twice I have been to this store only to have had the employee tell me they are the only one there and they will check or have the manager call back. Still no call or resolution to the problem
