User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsLet me first say that I am a native Texan, so I know what good chili is. I went to HTC to see if the chili was any good or not. Having not been there before, I asked for a sampler and tried out the four different chili flavors. I decided to order the Terlingua chili. The chili was so salty that I could not finish it. Also, the meat was fine textured. In Texas chili, the meat is suppose to be thick. The price was too high. Chili is suppose to be a cheap food. In Texas, you can get a large bowl of chili for about $4 or $5 dollars and it's good quality.
However, I do admit that the service is pretty good as one of the waitresses flirted with me. They should improve the quality of the chili and not make it so salty. I don't suggest this place if you want to eat chili.
Overall: 4 stars for service and 1 star for food, so average rating of 2.5.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOk time at Hard times: I went there last night with my wife for a couple of drinks and a nice place to talk with out the kids. Well the drinks were good along with the service. If you are looking for some quiet time go some where else. If you are looking for good times with friend go ahead and have fun
