Noah and his staff were friendly, reasonable and passionate about making sure everything went as I, the bride, wanted things to go. I have and will continue to recommended them to family and friendâs!! Thanks guys for making my wedding reception special!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI contacted TJ's Catering to host my wedding reception. What started out as a promising venture turned into a nightmare. Initially, customer service was great. However, as soon as I paid my deposit, it became increasingly difficult to contact the sales reps. I sent emails with questions, and did not get answers until over a week later. My phone calls were not returned promptly, either. Unfortunately, I had to contact the venue regarding establishing a payment plan, two months before my event. When I reached the sales rep, and explained my intents, he exuded an air of arrogance, made snide responses, and clearly did not live up to their promise of "excellent service". They give excellent service getting you in the door, and then that is it. At our intial meeting, I was told by the sales rep that they are a family-oriented establishment, and work with people. Don't believe it. I did not feel like I was being treated like an honest human being in a difficult economy.
