I had a party for my niece in April. I had no idea what to get for a bunch of 5 and 6 yr olds. So I was talking with some of my friends and they were telling me about what fun their kids had with the stuff they rented from them. So I called and talked with the manager,she was very helpful and very nice. She suggested that i rent a moonbounce and some concessions. So I took her advice and rented the Happy Bug Combo, the popcorn and snokone machine. They delivered the stuff on time and they guys were great. They setup exactly where I wanted it. The kids had a great time. When they came back that evening to pick everything up,the kids got some dirt in the moonbounce. They cleaned the moonbounce before they loaded it up. They were so polite and nice. The birthday party went off with out a problem. I will recommend Party HQ to all my friends and family. They did a great job

I called Party HQ about a month ago to inquire about their rentals for my daughter's end of season soccer party (U-7 team). I told them we already had a trampoline and zip line in our yard, so was open to their suggestions for another type of kids play toy for the party. Their suggestion was the 18' high inflatable slide, said it would definitely be something different and fun for the kids. Well, Party HQ knows their product as their recommendation was an absolute smash hit with the kids! The whole team played on it, got their coach to slide with them, and some of the other parents even slid on it too. The only way we got the kids off of that slide, temporarily mind you, was to unplug the blower unit so the coach could present each player with her trophy. And then back they went, screaming and laughing the whole time.

Now in terms of service, Party HQ went above and beyond. We live about 20-25 miles north of Stafford, and had our last soccer game on Saturday at noon, so I opted for the delivery service requesting a Saturday morning delivery. Party HQ actually delivered the slide on Friday evening, they called ahead of time to see if that was okay, then helped move it into a level area of the backyard and showed us exactly how to set it up, and encouraged my kids to give it a "test ride", even my 15 year old. It came with stakes and straps to help stabilize the upper level of the slide, and at 18' high it's a good idea to stabilize this thing for those more rambunctious, older kids.

The soccer party was only supposed to be a 1:30pm to 3:30pm event but the kids (and some parents) had so much fun on the slide that the party lasted until almost 5pm. Then the kids from all of our neighbors' houses came over and played on the slide too. Party HQ was scheduled to pick up the slide between 5-6pm but when the guy showed up to pick it up the neighborhood kids were still playing on it. He offered to take care of some other things in the area and come back in an hour. And of course when he came back just before 7pm, the kids were still playing on it. The Party HQ guy didn't complain one bit, said he hated to break up their fun. He actually offered to help us take down the slide, showed us how to roll it into the smallest possible package, and then we loaded it back in his truck - where do you get friendly customer service like that nowadays?! One of the other parents present was so impressed that he asked for a Party HQ business card from the guy and called the next day to reserve the exact same slide for his kid's soccer team party the following weekend. The next time I saw this other parent, he said the slide was the hit of his kid's soccer party too, plus he had received the same great delivery and pickup service like I had, and other parents from his party were planning to get it for their next parties.

So if you've had the moon bounces before and looking for something different and exciting, try this 18' slide. For the older kids, especially if its hot weather, try adding a water hose to that upper level and the kids really speed down that slide. One last note, this slide is heavy (I'd estimate 400 lbs or more) as it took 3 adults and one teenager to lift it back in the truck, so I would recommend the Party HQ delivery service - plus the guy was nice, very helpful, and even afforded the kids some extra time on the slide.

Let’s say there are 125 kids. Grades K5 to 6th grade, plus parents all meeting on Saturday after there soccer season for a calibration party that starts at 3:00pm and over at 6:00pm. You have planed this party for a month and set for the kids to have some moon bounces and a dunk tank so the kids can dunk the coaches. All this is to be set and ready to go by 2:30 pm or so. This would be the wrong company to call. This is a true story and this so called Party HQ showed up.. I say again SHOWED UP at 4:00pm to set up for a party that was 3 hour into disappointment cause there was nothing for the kids to play on bounce on. No coach sitting in the dunk tank because there was no dunk tank set up at 1:00pm like it was contracted to be. Yes people this company managed to disappoint over 150 people with in a 3 hour period. By the time they got to the party half the kids where gone. To top it all off.. I noticed the popcorn maker; Just laid on top of all the gear in an open trailer so that all the road dirt from there tires could fall into the pot. This mite be trivial but my kids like popcorn and how where they going to clean it and where they going to clean it. I will never know now.. If this matters. All the kids I speak of play on an upward soccer team and play for fun. There is no score keeping and no trophy’s or awards passed out. The party was for them and that was the award for being kids and having fun playing soccer. So what I am saying is if you want to through a party and have a moon bounce and thing s like that.. CALL SOME OTHER PARTY COMPANY and it mite go over well for you…..
