User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat service, cant wait to go back there: this place was great, everyone was very friendly , they had newspaper for me to read, they had FREE coffee, and the cashier guy was very friendly and social, been there a bunch of times, sometimes things doesnt go the right way but whenever i mention the problem the guys are quick to fix it, so i highly recommend this place, they even have a detail place and couple of my friends had their cars detailed and it came out great ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND,, one tip ... i figured out that this place usually gets pretty crazy sometimes during Fri/Sat so i try to go in mostly on Sundays, or ill drive around to see if the line is not too long, it definitely helps with the time.

First time and last time going to this place! I went there on Saturday, 18 April 2009 and they did something to my automatic windshield wipers to turn them off....and now, they don't work at all...how did I find out....yelp....it's raining cats/dogs today, Monday, 20 April 2009!
I truly wish I would have read these reviews before taking my car here....
Will bad mouth you as much as I can...guaranteed! -

Another damaged vehicle thanks to Yates! I had my roof scratched after getting my car washed there. I left multiple messages in writing and in person for the manager, but he would never reply. The estimate on damage was over $400. Avoid Yates at all costs.
