MY DEALINGS WITH BATTLEFIELD FORD ARE NOT SO GOOD.
THE MANAGER THERE IS SO MEAN AND NASTY. NOT TO MENTION THE BUSINESS OFFICE WHERE YOU PAY YOUR BILL.
I BOUGHT TWO CARS THERE IN A YEAR, BUT LET ME SAY FIRST THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE, SHE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. BUT THE SERVICE THERE IS TERRIBLE. LIKE I SAID THEY ARE MEAN AND NOT POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. THEY EVEN HAVE AN EMPLOYEE THERE THAT SITS AT HER CUOMPUTER AND ORDERS THINGS ONLINE FOR HERSELF. TAKES 1-3 HOUR LUNCH BREAKS. YOU CAN NEVER GET HER.EVEN GOES TO THE GYM DURING BUSINESS HOURS. IF I DID THAT AT MY JOB, I WOULDN'T HAVE ONE.WHEN YOU TALK TO THE MANAGER HE IS SO NASTY. I DON'T BELEIVE HE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND THERE. THE EMPLOYEE THAT ORDERS THINGS ONLINE FOR HER PERSONAL SELF ALSO ACCUSES EMPLOYEE'S TAKEN MONEY. THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OUT. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ACTED LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.LIKE I SAID, I BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM THEM. IT WAS TERIBLE.SO WHAT EVER THE PROBLEM IS IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. I CAN'T BELEIVE A BUSINESS LIKE THAT WOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. STAY AWAY FROM THERE. AS FAR AS THE MANAGER AND THE BUSINESS MANAGER,(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE). YOU NEED TO GO TO SCHOOL AND TAKE ANGERMANGMENT CLASSES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEE'S
I purchased a '07 Fusion from this dealership and I had a great experience there dealing with everyone (salesman,finance,parts, etc.) and would have recommended this dealership to anyone. Just recently though I went there to purchase a '08 Escape and EVERYTHING about this dealership was disapointing. The salesman had absolutly NO clue about the vehicle and told me one thing about the rebates and incentives offered for this vehicle however after a test drive and trying to make a "deal" with them they don't stand up to what they have told you. This was very disapointing since I had a wonderful experience there before. At this point I would NEVER tell anyone to go there.
I would buy from them again: I really liked the people there, they were willing to help us out as much as they could and I would definiatly go back!
