    boston beanery is my favorite place to eat I don't have a clue as to why everyone else has wrote a bad review! It is great food served with a smile and I go there all the time!

    What a mess!: The staff has been exceptionally rude every time we have been here, and the food has just gotten worse. Just another of the undergrad drinking hangouts I fear. The "remodel" was not very good either.

    Slow service: The food quality at the Boston Beanery is good. Their sandwiches are big and tasty. However, rarely am I satisfied with their service. It usually takes quite a while to get your food even though the restaurant is empty.
