If you are put on hold at least they answered the phone for you. they could have made you leave a message.

Great doctors!!! But office staff is terrible. They are rude and uncompassionate. Whenever I call they always answer "Harrisonburg Family Practice...can you please hold?" Everytime is the same story. If these doctors would replace some of the office staff this would be the best office in Harrisonburg

I agree with wdk23. You are absolutely correct. The doctors are wonderful but the rest of the staff leaves something to be desired. I have never seen such unprofessional and reprehensible behavior from a medical staff such as that one. I would love to go to work there and manage that office! Dr. Nio is the most warm and compassionate physician I have ever seen. I would highly recommend her anyone!
