User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI give the buffet 5 stars. Went a few times on the weekend during my lunch break & loved it every time! I planned to take my family out to dinner but did not know the buffet is not open at night. The dinner was fine but I was just upset that the buffet was closed....oh well. The food was very good anyway.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe had dinner here recently and were not very impressed. I ordered one dish, my wife another and the kids shared a third. None of them were anything to write home about. The staff were decent, not the best we have ever had and the bill was rather high. We are still looking for a decent chinese place to dine at.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe owners and some staff at this restaurant have been very rude when dining at their restaurant as well as with their deliveries. This was our experience over a period of a year. We have ordered miscellaneous dishes from them and just one of the many times.for example, there was 1 - 2 pieces of shrimp in a mainly shrimp dinner selection. It seemed that over time their service got worse and worse. The last time we dined there, which will be the last time we go there, they were very rude, charged for over price drinks, one of the men working there disagreed with our comment, then shoved a smaller glass in my friend's face, knocking over menu's as he leaned far across the table - very, very rude. We will never go there again and since there is now 1 other new Chinese restaurant in our area that will deliver, we will only order from them. That is our opinion.

Katgirlva: Next time you decide to bash a restaurant please make sure you have the right one. This Chinatown does not even deliver. I have eaten there of 50 times and never had an issue. The service is always great and the food is exceptional!!! The best place to eat in Winchester. That is my opinion!!

Yes, DEI is correct, the Chinatown Restaurant on Millwood Pike DOES NOT deliver, some of the other reviewers are mistaken! I live right down the street and often enjoyed ordering their takeout, but unfortunately they do not do delivery takeout, you must pick up your orders in their restaurant. It has been this way for at least two years.
