I have ordered from them over the past 8 years from most of thier locations- Anthony's IV has been a pain in my side from day one - i have been ordering from them for 3 years now. i always order the same thing but the every other order is different in price- the REAL PROBLEM IS SERVICE - Last week I ordered from them at 7:05PM on a WEDNESDAY night. My order didnt arrive till 9:15PM!!! i called and told the manager i expected my food for free at this point - he bickered with me for 15 minutes saying he wasnt authorized to give me food and made tons of excuses as to why it isnt on time the last manager was fired for giving food away. I will now give all my business to Anthony's on Lundon St. Very nice people that understand CUSTOMER SATIFICATION and the cost of doing business.

We're new to the community and we're told this was great...NEVER AGAIN!!! This was the absolute worst food we've ever eaten. Had to throw a whole large away. Tasted like cardboard, not enough sauce, sausage or cheese. Might as well served us a box of bread for $20.00. Delivery person was wonderful..kind, courteous and she was compensated well for her professionalism. 4-24-09 and new to VA from TX
