User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am a service provider for many local restaurants. Therefore, I get to see the conditions of many kitchens. I decide where I will and will not eat, based on what I see behind the scenes. Having said that, I am a customer of Capt'n Sams. Very clean kitchen. I can also tell you that the owner is VERY picky about the quality of the food he buys. If you are a seafood lover, do yourself a favor, and give this place a try. Particularly if you like good fish, you will find it to be some of the best you'll get anywhere.

I cannot understand why someone has not written a review of Capt'n Sam's. This is a fixture in Waynesboro, is good, and one hopes will remain in business until the proprietor has been rewarded with the honors he deserves. Fish has always been the main stay of a good diet, and here is where one can get good fish.
