    Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Unfortunately, Not a Fan is correct the theater does stink of urine and you have a difficult time finding a seat that hasn't been blown out. On the plus side the employees are real gems and try to make your experience a positive one. I think management is waiting for the OK to renovate and convert to a MEGA-PLEX (ta da!) before they sink in any money towards cleaning it up.

    The last 3 times I have been to this theater it has been dirty! The last time my flip flop stuck to the very sticky floor. I find it a bit ridiculous to pay more at this theater than others and it's filthy. One other time it smelled like urine and we had to move seats but I have had it and not sure if I will try it again and it really sucks that most black movies end up there. I like the larger seat but some of the springs have gone and some of the pleather is ripped. So annoying. I've always disliked this theater but I have had it with the filth!!!

    Oh, my goodness! I love Regal Seminole Square 4 theatre! it's the best in Charlottesville. I'm so glad when movies I really want to see are there. First of all, they have the most comfortable seats, a little old, but they are big, and ur not sitting on top of the person beside you! love that! and they have the best popcorn in the world. freshly popped and salted just right and the butter is on point! please, don't change a thing!
