    Resources needed: Im sure it is not with bad intentions, however I have been quite disapointed with the customer service at this store. A special ordered part that was prepaid two 9 weeks to arrive, 8 weeks longer than promised. Had to go back to store a third time to pick up item as no messages was returned. Im sure they know what the a talking about but a higher sence for customer service is needed.

    Ashland Hardware is better than the Big Box joints: Helpful- they take you to the applicable section of the store and help you. Knowledgable- or they seek the advice of a colleague. Service- they actively greet all customers with a friendly: "May I help you?" Selection: All "flavors" of an item type. Price: Sometimes better than Lowe's or Home Depot. Quality: Always better than or as good as Lowe's or Home Depot.
