When possible we initially try to use the least invasive (non-surgical) treatments to help our patients manage their back and neck pain, and we do this by using our very own network of highly specialized pain doctors. Only when non-invasive procedures have been ruled out, do we then begin to look at the minimally invasive surgical treatments as necessary options for our patients' painful back and neck conditions. We take spine surgery seriously, but we make our patients long term health and wellness our first priority.
