    good customer service...bad health skills...found bug in meal...they made it good by not charging for meal...just lost appetite and have not been back

    Its a good chain bar & grill. You know what your going to get when you walk in. There are beer specials at the bar,lots of tv to watch sports, you can play trivia games and the people at the bar along with the bartenders are nice people. Dont expect 4 star dining from a bar & grill. Just go and have fun with friends.

    The wings are average tasting but pricing isn't. My wings arrived ice cold and they acted like it was my fault for ordering them. The service is hit or miss.

    But their location will bring in a lot of students regardless so they really don't need to put any effort into it do they.
