I was looking for something different for dinner to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and Father's Day. We were in Charlottesville for a football event at UVA. We are from Mechanicsville and eat out frequently, so I was looking for a different dining experience outside the "chain" restaurants like Applebee's, O'Charley's, etc...
Wild Greens was exactly what I was looking for - excellent food, atmosphere and service - highly recommend for a special occassion or first date or just a good meal!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur good friend Elizabeth made this recommendation for lunch and we were so pleased we ate dinner later on as well. My wife had the Polentta for dinner and it was awesome. I had the Roast Pork and was happy with the selection. Service is good but it is clear that the staff was slightly undermanned. The signature salad makes a great lunch.
