I've eaten at this resturant for years and never had a problem. Their buffet has a great selections and I've actually seen the owner and his family eat from the buffett. Yes, they got plates and served themselves and sat down at the tables for a regular meal and the staff comes out fo the kitchen to eat meals from the buffet all the time. I would recommend it to anyone that likes Chinese food.
