I gave them some white cotton shirts for basic laundering and they dry cleaned them without checking with me first. Their excuse was they had experience problems with that brand before (a high end store) and always dry cleaned as a result. They did not however check with me first to see if the extra cost was acceptable and explain their position. I have laundered the same shirts at home with no problem and every other cleaner I have ever used has always called before taking additional steps. Will not be going back.

Their dry cleaning was satisfactory, but their laundering of my shirts was terrible. And their prices are nothing special.
