User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur first meal at D'Ambola's was a wonderful treat for the tastebuds! A well-mixed Cosmopolitan was followed by a delicious salad with the lightest buttermilk dressing, the freshest of seafood drizzled with a silky sauce, and a slice of simply devine mixed fruit pie. Can't believe it took us this long to find this very fine local restaurant!

Oases in the desert of hum drum food in Nelson and Albemarle. The crowd seemed to be familiar with this wonderful restaurant. Our service was impeccable, the food was great. we enjoyed the whole evening. Great place. This is on our "A" list.

This is a great restaurant. We had a great time. We will be retuning often. D'Ambola's rocks,. If you like great Italian food this is the place. I love the atmosphere and the warm friendly greeting you get. What a great place.
