    I was quite disappointed with my experience at mellows. Dont get me wrong, poeple in c'ville rave about the place but to me it was nothing more than a bland pie. I got the jerk chiken pizza. They claimed that it had a spicy kick, but it tasted as if it was a plain old cheese pizza. And even then it was not a good cheese pizza beacause they did not let it cook long enough for the cheese to get those cravible bronwn specks on it.

    So after hating the bland pizza, I decided that it would be worth the extra 3 dollars to get some garlic bread so that I could leave the place feeling that it satisfied at least one of my taste buds. But, instead I was served a mere folded open hoggie role topped with olive oil and oregano -not a hint of garlic. Needless to say, I could have made that at home.

    Save your money and time, avoid Mellows. You are better off calling your local delivery franchise.

    PS: while I was still eating those awful "garlic" breadsticks, a server (not even mine) came by a just grabbed my dipping sauce (which wasnt very good anyway) without saying a word. Not exactly what I call service.

    Best Pizza in the World!: The decor is 1960's, and the pizza is great. They have a good selection of beer too.

    Good Late-Night Pizza: Good Pizza and Sandwiches. Pleasant atmosphere, but it can get a little dark in there for me (the outside becomes a little bit blinding). Overall, the service is usually quite good, and it's right on the Corner. Open late with a large selection of beers.
