WE are lucky to have such quality establishments such as Out of the Box in Earlysville.
I moved here 10 years ago, and the old hardware store was vacate until Out of the Box started.
You will get professional service, free gift wrap and every sale is important to the owners and their staff.
Pleasant as long as there are no problems!: Owner very pleasant and ready to help you unless there is a problem with your order or your product. Bought furniture from store and had problems with damaged items and quality of product. Owner, who was once pleasant, then became defensive and critical of customer's expectation that product be a quality one as stated when sold. Would never recommend this store, many products are certainly of good quality, however management definitely not easy to deal if you question products. Original company that made furniture had only been in business for one year at the time I encountered issues. Store owner heavily promoted quality of furniture! How would you even know??

I agree. The staff and owner bent over backwards during the pre-sale phase. We were really impressed. However, we had issues with product quality on several items. Two items had to be replaced twice. I felt their attitude change, as if we were to blame. It was awkward contacting them about the problems we faced. They were very short with us. Why should the customer feel uncomfortable issuing a complaint about expensive pieces of furniture that are not built to standard? I wish everything would have been delivered as expected - we would be regular customers.
I was a repeat customer, but also experienced the same thing once there was a problem. I was repeatedly blamed for things that clearly were not my fault. Won't shop there again.
Identical experience here. Good pre-sale experience, just hope you don't have any problems later. Took many, many calls & emails to resolve the issue, and I was still left feeling blamed when it was over.
