Went to the 29N location of Lord Hardwickes on 12/15. The food was terrible. My fried fish was mush inside and the chicken breast on the other plate was so thin it should have been in a sandwich. We were the only seated patrons which should have been a big clue. The beer on draft was good, but expensive. It's a shame, Greene County needs quality restaurants...
I come into lord hardwickes quite often and i have noticed in the last few times i've been there that one server in particular is missing that i used to see all the time when me and my fellow co-workers come in for lunch. He was a young guy, tall with lighter hair. We used to get him as a server regularly. We actually preferred him when we would come in. He always gave great service, was humorous & very educated on the menu (which is not something you will find too often in a server.) My co-workers and i were in there just in there on thursday and were discussing where he could have gone. I remember his name but would rather not say for the fear of someone thinking we're a group of crazy stalkers. Anyway, my point is..our lord hardwickes experience is just not the same without this guy. The other servers do well but lack what this guy had. Charisma & wit. Oh, Where'd You go guy?
Great pizzas, great burgers, I love the wings, friendly staff, our kids love going there, nothing bad to say, prices are reasonable and the food is good, nice family owned place, can't beat it
