The Evergreen Cleaners "lost" my designer dress and then refused to make any payment. I filled out the insurance claim form, gave them the original receipt and spoke to every single person up the chain of command and they still will not make payment or even call me back. They are unprofessional and I would NEVER trust my clothes there.

Like the person before me, the clerk was on a personal phone call when I entered the store. Didn't think much of it since she still got my info quickly and things went smoothly. However when I went to pick up my clothes, which I needed for business travel, their computer systems were down and they supposedly could not (and had not ALL DAY) return any clothes. They didn't know when the computers would be fixed. Not recommended

I had a terrible experience at this place. When I dropped my clothes off, the clerk was clearly on a personal phone call and only got off the phone after it was clear she could not talk on the phone and help me. She then attempted to find me in the computer system and asked 3 times how to spell a very common name. She couldn't find my name that way and we then proceeded to try and find my account other ways (even though I said it would be fine if she just created a new account). And by this point, 3 more customers had walked in and were waiting. She finally found my account but could not get the computer to print out and then the computer seemed to completely stop functioning. At that point she asked the next customer in line if she could help her while I continued to stand there. It turned out that the shop appeared to have lost this customer's clothes and the customer absolutely needed one of the items to wear that night. The clerk had no idea where the clothes were. I then asked if she could continue helping me. She said just to write my name on a piece of paper and mark the stains on my items and leave them on the counter. I did so and was happy to get out of there. I then picked up my clothes yesterday and mistakenly did not check the clothes when I picked them up. I was very frustrated when I got home to see that the stains were still on the clothes with no note or anything indicating an attempt to treat the stains. I will never go to this place again and warn all others against it.
