The Blue Ridge Pig, or "The Pig" as us locals call it, has to have the most amazing bbq I've had anywhere. I love everything on their menu. I'm not a fan of mayo based coleslaw, so The Pig's mustard/vinegar based coleslaw is right up my alley. I highly reccomend the pork bbq sandwich and the turkey croissant. Everything is smoked on site, and is simply amazing. The baked beans and potatoe salad are in a league all their own. It's no wonder that this place has been featured on the Food Network. LOVE IT!!!

The BBQ Pork is of Western Carolina style. The bbq beans & potato salad were great. I have been told to order the BBQ chicken next time I go there. This is a cash only restaurant. They do have indoor seating.
