User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsSales - 8/10 - overall a good experience. Sales & finance were very friendly and helpful. Overall, there was a lack of knowledge of car & BMW in general (surprisingly)
Service - 4/10 - I purchased my car and noticed vibrating when I was braking as soon as I drove it. I was told this was completely normal and it would get better - but it only got worse. I ended up talking to the service manager and having him drive the car before they'd take a look at the brakes. Turns out, all my rotors were warped, pads & rotors would need replaced....
As an FYI, my purchase was a 2007 (new) BMW M coupe
