About:	Eat like the original residents of Colonial Williamsburg at Shield's Tavern. The menu consists of throwback favorites such as "Bubble and Squeak" which consists of cabbage and potatoes, Buttermilk Fried Oysters, and Buffalo Meatloaf. Add a "rasher" of Salty Ham to your Welsh Rarebit or go for the desserts and try Whipped Chocolate Pudding or Warm Apple Pie with Gloucester Cheese.
