Let me tell you how frustrating it can be to be a customer of Busch Gardens!
I had an annual pass that I bought in May of last year. My credit card was stolen and in the meantime a payment was missed for my easypay for my annual passes. (3 of them!)
The next time I went to the park I paid the outstanding balance.
I called today to cancel my passes as this should be my last month and was told that they had extended my contract until November!!!!
Absolutely crazy customer service people wouldn t let me speak to a supervisor to try to resolve this- I am absolutely horrified at this level of customer service . Be warned!! Do not get these passes they are a total ripoff!
Love Busch .... Please add to your signs How to get to next country. I see on signs land marks as directions. Could you add words like to France, Germany, Italy, Ireland this direction ? It would be less confussing .....
Most of the brown signs says Locknest, Alpengeist etc. Oh also Little signs outside the cafe's who serve any kind of starbucks....... thank you
Appreciate the sign back up on The angel and lucifers statue.
I gave 15 season passes for BG to my immediate family - grown children and my grandkids - no negative feedback from them - in fact, even though we all have a 2.5 to 3.5 hour drive to the park - we have gotten our money's worth from these passes and our children have asked that Papa and I give them the same gift this Christmas!!
As a grandmother I must say that I am also pleased with the staff at BG-courteous and they don't bend on the height rules-even when a young kid is begging to ride and all he needs is a half inch!! I believe to get all you can fromthe park you need to read all the info on the eb sie and go to the information building, where you can get more informantion from very knowledgable BG associates!!
