    Quick to get seated on a busy night, however service was lousy.
    Karla was our waitress (difficult to find at times).Took over 25 minutes to get our food, had to ask for bread and we were served without utensils. Ordered the Teriyaki sirloin (cooked medium)and had to send it back after the initial 25 minutes to cook again. It came back 10 minutes later raw again, we were afraid to send it back so we asked for a to go box. We used up a gift card. If given the choice, I would not spend my hard earned money at this very overrated restaurant.

    Just flew in from Okinawa, Japan. Had a chance to sit down and have dinner at this location. My fiance and I had a chance to be served by Robert B. This guy, who has been working there for only 2 weeks is one of the best!

    Personable customer service brings the best atmosphere to any occasion. I salute you Outback for employing the best !!!! Keep up the great work Robert. First impressions are lasting impressions. Outback Mechanicsville, you have 2 new patrons for life.

    smoky: the non-smoking section is across an open archway to the bar. If you don't like cigarette smoke with your food, ask to sit farther away from the bar. good service, and food as expected.
