My very first introduction to Universal Ford, Glen Allen was this past Saturday. I found the Owner, the Operations Manager, the Salesmen and the Service Coordinator to be very personable and customer focused. They were all engaging there.

My car needed to have its ball joints replaced along with needing the IAC being replaced. The latter I have put off, but I did have the ball joints replaced on my vehicle. The personnel at the dealership was attentive to my concerns and my needs; and, I felt I was given a great deal on labor and most definitely on those parts. I paid cash for the repairs.

You all should know that both the owner and the Operations Manager made my first-time experience with them fanastic!!

I will recommend the dealership to my family, friends, and acqaintances. I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer of theirs.

Universal Ford: After searching and being turn down by a host of car dealers telling me that I could not get the car I wanted due to my credit history, Universal Ford Inc. hooked a brother up and I got the car I wanted at a the best price that could be offered and till this day, I still give them the honor and props they deserve just because they are on top of the game and gives everyone a chance to own a car!
