After my boyfriend popped the question the manager came over and offered his congratulations and paid for our desserts. It is great to know people still beleive in customer service. We are going back tonight for my future husbands Birthday!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove Seafood Love Red Lobster in Wmbg: I have never had a problem with the Williamsburg Red Lobster. Food is always fresh, hot, and delivered to you promptly. Kudos to the mangers. You are obviously a great team, and have guided your employees to be the same!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised.: There are Red Lobsters and then there is the one in Williamsburg. We went there on a Saturday night where it seemed like all restaurants were full with lines outside the doors. We had to wait for 30 minutes. The customer service was outstanding. The waitress was very efficient and on top of her game. She told us about the lobster specials. After the orders were placed she was right back with fresh hot bread seemed like it just came from the oven. The food was served hot and all of us enjoyed our meals. Yes I would go back there the next time I am in Williamsburg. Like I said I was pleasantly surprised
