User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA tremendous asset to our community. With many small businesses giving way to corporate companies, it's nice to see Mechanicsville Drug Store not giving up. It is rare to find a pharmacist who knows you not just by your name, but first name! My family and I have been customers since we moved to the area 15 years ago. Tommy and Alice continue the same tradition of concern and care for their customers; as their father. They are always willing to give advice, suggestions and always welcomes you with a smile.
