User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe called ahead for reservations for large group. We arrived 30min early. They could not seat us for OVER 1 HOUR AND A HALF !!! after the reservation time. Then they were short on chairs and 3 guests were standing for 10 minutes. Appetizers were late, food average, manager did not care!! The server was excellent though, she tried to make uo for the POOR management. Manager was not interested in taking care of any of the problems. What a terrible way to run a business for a group bill over $800.00 NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT !!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWonderful Restaurant!: I'm not sure why, but of the 3 Outbacks in my area, this one is my favorite. It seems to me that the staff are a little bit friendlier and the food is a little bit better and the atmosphere is just a little more fun, yet intimate. I've been 3 times in the past month with a date and each time, The 'Burg Outback has been consistent with both the service and the food.
I usually get the same thing: a salad with no cheese with the honey-mustard vinegarette (which is awesome), a sweet potato with EXTRA honey butter and brown sugar and a Victoria's Center Cut filet 7oz cooked between medium and medium-well. My jacketed potato has ALWAYS been super hot so that it melts the butter and sugar superbly and my has always perfect. Tender and juicy and flavorful. You do NOT need a steak sauce with this steak! :c)
For dessert, I've had the Chocolate Thunder and it was OMG incredble!! If you are a chocoholic, this is for you. It will put you on chocolate overload! My date and I thoroughly enjoyed it but we couldn't finish it all - it was that big and that rich! By far, my favorite dessert is the HUNK of cheesecake. The raspberry sauce is nice but I really miss that caramel sauce - it was INCREDIBLE. The cheesecake itself is deliciously decadent being thick and rich and creamy - just perfect. I hope they never change the recipe :c)
Overall, my dining experiences with the 'Burg Outback have been top-notch and I can't wait to go back! :c)
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent: Recently we went to Outback. Our perfect dining experience began with the greeting from our fabulous hostess. I believe her name was Madeline. Once we were greeted by her, we didn't think it possible the meal could even come close to the service she provided in seating us and telling us what the soup of the day was. Our food came and it was good too.
