Horrible customer service! Reading the other 2 reviews, it looks like I should have visited in 2006. If you ask for help finding a movie, you're told, "If its not out there, we don't have it". If you ask for help with your account and don't have your card with you, the clerks act like you're annoying them. Last visit there, I stood at the counter for about a minute before the two clerks realized I was standing there and exchanged laughs about how they thought the other one was helping me.
If you ask for a manager- Surprise- usually they're one of the offenders! Really, it shouldn't be that hard to rent dvds and games to the public!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!: Customer services at this location is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do enjoy those smiles especially after a long day at work. I would recommend them to everyone.

blockbuster staff at Forest Hill Store: The staff are nice and informal with their customers. They are very helpful when you are searching for that special movie or game to rent or even buy. I had one bad experience with another Blockbuster on Midlothian and never again will I cross their doorway. But the Forest Hill staff is totally different. I droppd off a Christmas card for the staff. The Manager told me I didn't have to do that but I wanted to it. The store is very organized and if you can't find something, the staff will stop and assist right away. And they don't leave your side until you find everything you need. Sometimes, you might have to call on them more once or even three times but they come with smile and a helping hand. As far as I am concern, our family will shop at our favorite Forest Hill - Blockbuster Video Store
