About:Phil's has been serving drinks and good food since the 1930s. Not too far from Windsor Farms, Richmond's most elegant neighborhood, this restaurant is a great place to stop for drinks while shopping or touring museums. It is also a fun place to unwind after work. Try a vodka limeade, Phil's signature drink. Burgers and sandwiches are served with crunchy onion rings or crispy, light fries.     I am 54 now. I started going when I was 18. Good food, great mix of people, great place to watch the world go by.

    Phil's just started doing karaoke Thursday nights and it has been a blast, everybody should come out get some cheap PBR and belt out some 80s classics

    Great little resturant/bar: Phil's is great. The food and beer are very reasonable priced, have some outdoor seating, and good ambiance. The quality and speed of the food is also good.
