Didn't get served: I went to Arby's at this location and did not get served! The reason being that it was 10 minutes to ten and they close at ten. I set in my car at the drive thru and honk my horn and yelled into the microphone to no avail. No one would answer. I pulled around to let the teller see me but again to no avail. She looked at me and ignored me entirerly! By then it was 5 minutes to ten. I got out of my car and walked up to the window to voice my coplaint and the cashier told me I had to talk to the manager. He came and attemped to talk to me though a closed window. How customer friendly is that! I ask him to open the window to explain why the store is closed before time and he said it was 10:00 o'clock. I said it wasn't when I first arrived. He said it is 10:00 now. That he was closed I told him that the cashier knew I was back there....etc. This is not the first trouble with service I have had with Arby's. Twice I have had to go back for food left off my order. Sometimes a day later because of the distance of the drive. I am going to call Headquaters to let them know of the shoody management. It is a shame because of the quality of the fast food. It is just a problem of service! And in todays market that can make or break a company!
