User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would recommend avoiding this cleaner. We took 25 dress shirts in to be laundered and pressed and 13 were either scorched and yellowed, not spot-treated (so the stains were actually dried into the shirts), not pressed at all down the sleeves, or had pressed wrinkles in the collar, cuff, etc. My husband picked up the items today and am going back to speak with the manager this afternoon. I may adjust this review, based on how they respond. What a hassle!
