I agree with the other reviewers, this is not the place to go. I did not buy my bike from them, but I did have it serviced there, and my experience was horrible. I needed the carburator cleaned because the bike kept stalling out, also while there they did a tune-up and oil change on the bike. Well, three weeks after getting it back (after I had already moved out of state) the bike started stalling again. By then it was winter so I winterized the bike. Taking it out a little while back it would not start at all. So I took it to the shop where I actually bought it and they basically said whoever cleaned the carburator did a horrible job because there was still junk all in there. Not only that, but he suggested I get an oil change and have the filter replaced because it was really bad looking. I told him this place had already done it and he said without a doubt no oil change was ever done and the oil filter was the original. Nice. So basically avoid this place at all costs, like the other posters have said. If they actually do the work they alleged to have done they'll do a horrible job, but more likely than not they won't do anything, but then charge you an arm and a leg for it. Do not shop at this place.
Do not shop here. It is worth the drive to go somewhere else. I went in looking for a sportbike, and they did not seem very interested in my business even though I had cash in my car ready to buy. I guess because I looked young they assumed I was there to just sit on every bike they had. I left without a bike, and went somewhere else. They had poor attitudes, and I can see why this place is for sale.
Avoid Cliff's at all cost: From the first day I walked in looking to buy my first sportbike I could tell this was not the place I would want to go back to. Unfortunatley they had the bike I wanted and were willing to deal since it was an older model. When I went back the next day to pick up the bike, I had some questions about it. I asked the service tech to check out a couple of things that did not seem right. You would have thought I was asking for his first born child! Horrible attitude from everybody at that place. Customer service is just not part of their business plan. I bought a new motorcycle, 2 helmets and a cover. I asked if they would throw in a $5.00 can of helmet cleaner and they said "NO". So much for wanting my business. They also kept calling about bringing the bike in for its first 600 mile service. Their price for that was too high compared to other shops and I just did not want to be treated like that again. I will drive (and have) 50 miles out of my way to purchase parts just to avoid these people. How they stay in business I don't know. Many others have made similiar comments to me about their experience at Cliff's.
