    where has customer service gone?: My family and I recently visited the one on broad street in Richmond Virginia. It was awful. The server had a bad attitude and as my son was playing with the menu, he didn't want to give it up, she literally looked at him and said give it to me. keep in mind my soon is 9 months old and doesn't know any better.
    To make matters worse it took an hour for our food to come out and when it did my pancakes and my husbands fries were stark cold and the toast i had ordered went from white to wheat...and it was so cold the butter didn't melt on it at all. In the hour and a half we were there in full my husband only got two refills on his coffee. When I tried asking for a manager the server rolled her eyes and walked away. she didn't get a tip and I never got the chance to talk to a manager. If you expect to get service better than this you might as well go to burger king. then you know you are getting what you pay for.

    Great Food: I really like this place, the pancakes help me escape from my school and my intense dance classes, and it is really AWESOME!!

    Breakfast Delight: My family and I were visiting from Connecticut. What a great place to eat! The apple pancakes were excellent, while the friendly staff made our stop so refreshing.
