    Let me tell you this is not authentic BBQ. It has to be the worst I have ever had, I mean EVER!!! The food is so fast food type that it the kind you get at Disneyland or an amusement park. I have been many places in this country and this is without doubt the worst I have ever tried. It’s so bad I’m not sure I can describe it because it is so ridicules. The chicken seems like it was packaged or out of a TV-Diner, the ribs were boiled and and the sauce was vinegary. If I had to rate the food on a scale of 1 – 10, I would rate it a 0. Don’t believe the hype, I was so disappointed, we are from CA which is not known, for BBQ but our worst is 100 times better. Being out of town we just had a few evening to go out for dinner, we could have gone anywhere else even taco bell would have been better. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!

    I'm a bar b que freek. where ever I travel I try bar b que. We went to Pierce's because their pictured advertisement showed them cooking on a grill and the meat looked nice and charboiled. it was the worst tasting meat ever. I can almost bet you that the ribs were boiled.There was no grilling texture to it. They were covered with soggy mushy sauce. the sauce tasted like applesauce. I am the type that i will eat something if I payed for it. I threw it away. My husband is worse than me, he never ever throws food away. Well he threw it away. I have never rated anything on line but I was so disgusted with this bar b que I just had to let someone know.

    Overrated.... The ribs were tender..but the sauce is not that good...I was pretty dissapointed.....The pulled pork sandwich was very good though...but I expected more...there are better resturaunts out there...
