User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThere are no words to describe: There are deffinatly no dislikes here! We have gone on several occassions and everytime a different waiter and everytime the same excellent service. The setting is authentic italy; the music, food and decor. The hostess was very accomidating; we had made reservations two weeks in advance, when we arrived we let the hostess know we were there and had a reservation, she couldn't find it in her books (apparently someone had erased it)! She let us know about the situation and we were seated almost immediately. No questions asked! We have been back since and loved it just as the first! I would recommend eating here to anyone!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat dining experience for everyone!: Maggiano's is great Italian dining...plain and simple. They have a regular menu, as well as one for large parties that want to eat like a family...everyone has 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts to choose from! It's a great value. The atmosphere is a bustling one, but still feels like "home." The decor is beautiful. The restaurant is conveniently located at Short Pump Towne Center, which is the best shopping center in Richmond right now. Check it out!
