User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsKnowledgable and Helpful: I did not have to visit the marina since Mr. Brown provided me enough information over the phone for me to diagnose and fix my own simple electrical problem. Other shops had instructed me to bring my boat in and wait 8 weeks for them to look at it, Mr. Brown gave me a two week estimate, but again he helped me fix my own problem. I'll be taking my boat Browns Marina for my periodic inspections/repairs because of his knowledge and helpfulness. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't actually have any work done this time.....but I will!
