GREAT HICKORY SMOKED MEATS. GET IT DRY, THE WAY IS SHOULD BE. IF YOU MUST.., THE SAUCE IS SO-SO. BETTER TO TAKE HOME AND SAUCE YOURSELF. MOIST BRISKET. GREAT RIBS. MOIST PULLED PORK WITH GREAT HICKORY SMOKE!

Salad is not the way to rate any BBQ joint. Concentrate on the REAL FOOD!! If you want a salad go to Olive Garden, if you want BBQ go To extra billy's. I have faith that you will reconsider.
