User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not, ever buy the Easy Care extended warrently from Ford. My 2007 Ford Taurus which has 73,000 miles on it, going out the driveway the exhaust system fell off. I brought it in and they advised me of course that this was not covered to a tune of $710. All Highway miles, and the flange bolts sheared off and dropped the exhaust. When I picked up the car, the "supposedly" factory replacement exhaust did not look anything like the original. In fact instead of a flange cupling they used a U-clamp. I will NEVER bring this car back to this dealer for anything in the future.

The turn over here is high and they are trying to work over every person that comes through the door. I took my vehicle in to have it inspected and the night before I check everything, lights, blades, etc.. to make sure I donât have to pay them $100 bucks to put in a bulb. I checked everything over and it was fine then when I took it in for a state inspection they found over $2,000 dollars worth of problems and the SALESPERSON quickly tried to gloss over the cost and âGet Me Fixed Upâ I told him to stop work and not do anything I would be in to pick it up. The following day I took the vehicle to a small shop which they told me they would need a bit more time to look over the vehicle. They did find problems with the vehicle totally around $120 bucks and said they were no problems with the other items listed by Universal Ford and said they had some miles but by no means needed replaced. They are Scam Artists. I have advised my Company which is located near by not to put them on the Company referral list and they told my that there were not on the list because of numerous incidents Please research the place before you take your car in and I would avoid this place at all costs before they rip you off.
