User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would not recommend this restaurant for take-out service. I placed an order over the phone & was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived for pick-up at 30 minutes and informed the host I was here to pick up my order. After 10 minutes of waiting, I politely inquired about the status of my order. At the same time, a manager from the back came out stating it would be a few more minutes since they were currently out of breadsticks. I had to cancel my order and leave because I was on a tight schedule. The stated 15-20 minute preparation time turned into at least a 35 minute wait and it may have been longer since I cancelled the order. This order was placed at 3:05 p.m., not a particularly busy time for the restaurant.

aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh always amazing the service we get here is always great, it is by far my favorite restaurant......
