User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery overpriced!!! I dropped off my car there to diagnose a problem only because I was thinking they messed up when they installed my rear tire two weeks ago..... However, I got a call back saying that my rear brake pads need to be replaced for $275!!!! 100$ for the pads and $175 for the labor!!! If I wanted to take my car somewhere else I had to pay $90 diagnostic fee.... I called around and found out that you can install brake pads for 70$ and even if you want to get Honda break pads first and then install them somewhere else, you still be saving 100$. Learned my lesson never take a car there again!!!! They saw a young women that they fooled into buying their overpriced services...never again.

I have been a faithful customer of Honda for over ten years. Last summer, I brought my car in for a simple oil change. One would think the technicians would have been able to do something like an oil change correctly.... WRONG! I left Richmond and traveled all the way to Brunswick County to visit my relatives. Luckily, my grandfather noticed my car was leaking huge amounts of oil. It seems, the technicians did not bother to replace the oil cap. I am so glad my grandfather noticed the leak because being stranded on the side of Interstate 95 was not something I wanted to experience; especially since I was six months pregnant at the time. I wrote the service department a letter about what could have turned into a horrilbe experience. No one replied. This gave me the impression that they just DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, no matter how loyal one is to them. Do not bother giving these people your business. Take your Hondas to Mechanicsville, where they will appreciate you and give you professional, courteous service!
