Looks like this is not a good place for customer service. Their sales department might be ok. I will try the Checkered Flag Honda on Virginia Beach Blvd.
bad business: this place is horrible. bad customer service. its like they were just tryin to get my money and thats it. i do NOT recommend this place.
Terrible Terrible Customer Service!: The worst customer service ever received in a professional setting! Sales associates and management were dishonest with me and I was given terrible service. I recently purchased a used 2002 Chevy Malibu. The car is great except for the fact that I have been hasseled for getting deserved repairs for a therometer and a new battery! Therometer received after waiting days in and out without any courtesy calls from service, instead I had to call around the clock to receive info on whether the car was ready. (in the meantime they gave me a 98 ford escort to drive?! I traded an 2003 car!) On top of that the sale started off as a trade, I was called days later after having the car stating they could not find a bank to finance my new car with the old trade on it due to negative equity. Okay that's fine I'll just keep the new car and pick up my old car. Right? Wrong! I go to pick up my old vehicle and they have lost my tags, keys and registration! What are we going to do to solve this problem? They did nothing! cut new keys and put 30 tags on my car (which do not match with DMV) and then stated to me, that I must contact DMV myself to take care of the matter!? Now along with that I am still awaiting for my new battery which the manager, yes manager requested that I purchase it myself from a Auto Zone and wait for a reinbursment from the dealership! What and why should I have to go through ALL of this, and I have not even had the car for a full 30 days yet? I still have 30 day tags! I am still in the midst of this terrible service and no one there seems to care. I would describe more details to this experience but perhaps you have gotten the picture! Sincerely dissatisfied customer!
