User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA history of problems: We recieved a letter saying that our Aveo needed a computer bios update. We dropped the car off today at 8am. We went to pick it up at 7pm. They had 11 hours to update this computer and never bothered. We tried calling their supervisor, but he/she wasnt' available. we got a phone number, but we just had to leave a voice mail.
I took off a day of work for this. RK Cheverolet has had a history of poor service. Even since the day we bought this car. The employees don't seem to make any effort.
I also own a Toyota from Checkered Flag. Whenever I take it to get serviced, the people are nice, the environment is welcoming, and they really make you feel welcome. I even took my Rav4 to Priority Toyota on Military HW and they too went above and beyond to make sure my wait was minimal, and that they appreciated my business. I just got a letter from the president of Priority saying that if I "didn't have an experience rated EXCELLENT" that I should call.
If they expect to stay in business with this type of service, they must know a lot of people who have no idea what GOOD service is.-

Worst experience I have ever had: Being interested in a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, I spent 5 hours, at the end of which, I was made to believe we had struck a deal. My truck was emptied of it's contents, which were moved into the new vehicle. 30 minutes later, I was told, the deal couldn't happen that night and my stuff was put back into my truck, which I was using to trade. The next day, after several attempts to call the salesman and the sales manager, neither returned my calls and I still do not know what happened. No one has explained what happened to my supposed deal. The sales manager seems to have vanished.
