We were looking for a used pick up truck. We had been to several dealerships and either did not see what we wanted.
We went to Hall Dodge and were greeted by young man that was very polite and professional. I told him what I was looking for and that I have purchased a number of vehicles before and we did not need any of the salesmans hipe. He was glad to help us and guess what? No hipe. We made a deal on a truck, but before we signed anything, we were offered a deal on another truck. It only had 79 miles on it,it was a 2005 and this was 2006, but was a new truck. They sold me the new truck for the used trucks price!
I found the entire dealership totally professional and friendly. I have had the truck in for routine warranty things and state inspection and they were very quick and friendly.
As a matter of fact, we liked it so much that when the truck (ram 1500) was getting inspected, I bought another truck (Dakota) for my wife. (At a great price)
Thanks Lee M
If anyone wants a Dodge/Chrysler I would recommend Hall Dodge in Virginia Beach.
We'd NEVER go back to Hall Virginia Beach Dodge!: Our experience with Hall Virginia Beach Dodge has been a nightmare. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealer, go to the service waiting area and ask some of the customers how they feel about Hall Dodge. I guarantee you will get an earful and you won't hear anything good about after purchase service. Many people you will meet in the waiting area are having multiple problems and have had to bring their vehicle back several times for the same repair.
Another rip-off at Hall Virginia Beach Dodge is the additional fees they add on to the sticker price. One is for pinstripping and etching, even if the car doesn't have pinstripping and etching (?) The other is the Market Value Demand increase they attach to the price which is anywhere from $1,000 to $2,500. If you really must buy a Dodge, there are other Dodge dealers in the area who don't add the inflated price to their sticker.
Hall Dodge refuses to make repairs under warranty: Hall Dodge refuses to make repairs under warranty, still trying to avoid warranty repairs by covering up problems, telling consumers that they haven't seen this problem before and that they supposedly "cannot duplicate" obvious issues to assist DaimlerChrysler (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep) in reducing warranty costs. Vehicle has been brought in for service 4 times for the same warranty repair, but they refuse to fix the problem. It sounds all too familiar for those that have experienced these issue.
Buyer Beware!
