The food is lousy & they nickle and dime you to death. They have no clue what customer service is. We had gone for years, but they just kept getting worse over the years. My daughter came and paid to skate only to find out there were no skates that were not broken, so we had to pay for the privledge to sit in their chairs. No apologies, just a refund of $2 since she couldn't skate. Could not get a cup of ice - even if I paid for it!!! In short, go anywhere but here!!! -
